60ml Prosecco

• Fill wine glass with ice to the 250ml line
• Pour in Aperol and Prosecco

• Put all ingredients into a shaker
• Rim tumbler with lime or lemon wedge to juice
• Place glass top into salt tray to form salt ring
• Shake cocktail shaker with ingredients for about 20 seconds
• Pour all including ice into tumbler

INGREDIENTS
30ml of Hard Cold Brew
60ml Jumping Goat (Orange / vodka)
10ml Simple Syrup
Dash of Aztec Chocolate Bitters

• Put all ingredients into a shaker
• Shake cocktail shaker aggressively with ingredients for about 20 seconds
• Strain with strainer and mesh strainer to form the "crema". You may need to shake the wire strainer a bit to assist.

2 dash bitters
10 ml soda water

45ml Makers Mark Bourbon

• Mix FIRST UP ingredients into a tumbler and mix into a paste
• Muddle in SECOND UP (Bourbon) into tumbler
• Add garnish and about six ice cubes

• Mix all ingredients in a Boston Glass with ice - stir for about 20 seconds
• Strain into tumbler that is half filled with ice
• Add garnish

DRY MARTINI

INGREDIENTS
60ml Gin
30ml Extra dry vermouth
​Ice
GARNISH
Two cocktail olives (skewered) OR Orange Peel
GLASSWARE
Martini Glass

• Chill Martini glass with ice and water - leave to sit
• Add Ice and Gin into a cocktail shaker
• Empty ice/water from martini glass and SHAKE the water out of glass
• Put vermouth into martini glass and swirl to coat the entire interior of the glass
• Empty vermouth from martini glass and SHAKE the vermouth out
• Shake the cocktail shaker with gin FIRMLY for 30 seconds to shard the ice
• Strain into Martini Glass and add garnish 

** Add 15ml olive juice if requested dirty **
